Oakley wouldn't allow me to cancel my…

Oakley wouldn't allow me to cancel my order 5 minutes after I ordered it online costing me 133$ for the wrong pair of sunglasses. Also their customer service is terrible and lied about fixing the problem.

Appreciate from best Oakley associates

This review is for Mehrdad, who was amazing in his customer service. Mehrdad allowed us to try at least 15-20 pairs of glasses and brought so much more to the floor to help my wife and me to find the best fist for us. Mehrdad is very knowledgeable about Oakley products. He was patient and very polite. He made the shopping experience memorable on Mother's Day. He was the only associate that worked at the store on a busy day! And he handled all the guests very patiently, and we can't wait to come back for more stuff. Visit Mehrdad for the best shopping experience. He is a great gentleman.

Fantastic service as usual.

Placed 2 separate orders within 24 hours of each other for a pair of sunglasses. 20% discount via the site, 10% cash back via Top Cashback. Orders both shipped from Italy within 24 hours. Free UPS delivery. Both in my hands within 48 hours. Both items exactly as described and in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Amongst the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Glasses arrived (frogskins) they looked horrendous - for some reason seemed too small? Either way arranged for collection to be sent back for refund. Have had no confirmation they’ve received them despite tracking confirming they arrived back at the warehouse and were signed for WEEKS AGO. Have emailed repeatedly to chase my refund and cannot get an answer. For a company that is supposedly reputable, the customer service is HORRENDOUS. Do not buy!!!!!

Now on my third pair of Oakley Trilbe…

Now on my third pair of Oakley Trilbe frames. Every one has developed hairline cracks around the lenses within days and without any stress on the frames.
Customer service not interested in my assertion there must be a design fault or a specific fault in a production batch.

Garbage products and customer care

This company will longer be getting any of my money. Their products are garbage and so is their customer service. I mean look at their rating here. 1.3 stars? What are they doing to fix this? Nothing. They've gotten too big for their britches.
This is a warning to anyone considering purchasing Oakley sunglasses. Don't over pay for an inferior product. When all of their sunglasses were made in the USA, I'm sure they were great. In fact my first half jackets were awesome and tough. But since that design, their half jacket 2.0 has gone down a hill and into a deep ditch with stank swamp water. Their EV Zero are no better than the half jacket 2.0.
They used to proudly label these glasses made in the USA. Now, they don't even label them with any location of origin. Are they made in China, Russia, Taiwan, India or on the moon? Have you really sunk this low Oakley?
They don't have an answer. Even over the phone, their customer service is apologetic and impotent. But yet, they can't take steps to rectify a situation. They have to follow their corporate protocols set out be luxidiots. If I was a paying customer, I'd look elsewhere.

Awful

Awful - bought some sunglasses in the sale received an empty box - when I requested a replacement - just refunded me no apology no explanation.

Read before payment

Im really annoyed that I cant give a minus star as a score.
Avoid avoid avoid.
Poor service, expensive glasses and they assemble a pair from stock parts and call it customised non returnable. Disgraceful. Take your money and run.
Honestly, think about the amount you consider spending, if you would be willing to bet that amount on a 50/50 chance of all being good then go ahead. If not please dont lose your money as I did.

Oakley brand eyewear is not worth the money

I pay premium for fine product and appreciate the product during the time I own it. Oakley quality fall behind other compatible brand and they do not stand behind their product line. I own a sports sunglasses and they are failing. The lens are peeling after many year of use, not abuse. I contacted them for defect workmanship warranty coverage and they flatly denied. I have owned other eyewear and they are outperforming this Oakley brand and they stand behind their product. One example is Ray-ban Wafer I have. They out performed Oakley. I will NOT buy the Oakley brand anymore and will tell other to do the same because they are not worth your money.

Extremely lazy company

Extremely lazy company. Terrible costumer service. Ordered a replacement lens for my goggles that turned out to be the wrong lens size for my frame. Price of the product I purchased was the exact same as the one that I actually needed yet Oakley would not exchange the items. Instead made me return the original lens through their lengthy process, wait for the return payment and then buy the correct lenses on my own in a separate transaction. They don’t care about you as a loyal customer they only care about what’s easiest for them.

Oakley has the worst customer service…

Oakley has the worst customer service on this planet! Bought a pair of expensive prescription sunglasses! Frame is defective!!!! The minute I put them on the lens popped out! No luck getting it to stay in!!! Contact Oakley, have to send 5 pictures, then have to send 1 more picture, the. They then sent a message saying you service warranty request has been accepted, they will get back to me in 5 days, 12 days later we get a message saying you didn’t complete Oakley required so service request is expired!!!! ????? Took them to an eye doctor and he was no longer a rep because Oakley’s service sucks!!!! Wish I had know this before I spent all that money!!!
